ICAN A9 Road Bike Frameset 58cm, ridden once

I purchased this frame new and built it and road it once, but the frame is too big for me. The sale includes the frame, fork, axels, handlebars, seatpost and misc parts as pictured. It's basically new, but there may be some very minor scuffs from the build process.
I've included a picture as it was built and a close up of the steerer tube length for reference.
